You need an xs and xml file which is the main part of the map, they go in user-my document-my games-age of empires 3- rm(vanilla) or rm2(warchiefs) or rm3(asian dynasties) depending on which version the map was made for. Those intructions are for the map ui, which shows whilst loading. Alternatively, you can visit this page if you are signed in with the correct account on the web.
